1 cup water
1 ½ teaspoon tea mix
1 ½ or 2 Tablespoons sugar (or to your liking)
2-3 oz (1/4cup) Evaporated milk (or to your liking)
A Large Pot
3 cups water
1 rounded tablespoon tea mix
¼ cup sugar (or to your
liking)
5-6 oz can evaporated
milk (or to your liking)
Directions
1. In a saucepan, *add water, tea mixture & sugar then stir
2. Let this come to a boil until desired color is achieved
3. Add evaporated milk, boil until frothy for a few minutes, stir to prevent overflow
4. Use a tea strainer, pour into your favorite cup/teapot of choice & enjoy!
* Use electric teapot- it's faster!
